Refunds, Returns & Value Disclaimer (Please Read Before Purchasing)

All advent calendar boxes are curated mystery items and are priced based on the overall retail value, variety, and contents described above, not on individual stone size or personal preference. Many boxes intentionally feature small tumbled, polished, or raw stones, along with select featured pieces as listed.

While every box meets or exceeds the listed retail value, value can feel subjective and may vary depending on individual expectations. Please review each box description carefully before purchasing to ensure it aligns with what you are looking for.

Due to the curated and mystery nature of these boxes:
• No returns or exchanges are accepted
• Refunds cannot be issued based on stone size, perceived value, or personal preference once opened
• No two boxes will be exactly the same, unless identical boxes are specifically requested in advance

A $5 shipping and packaging cost is included in the listed price.

If you have preferences (such as stones you do not like, gifting needs, or sizing questions), please message us before ordering. We are always happy to help customize when possible and want to ensure you choose the best box for your needs.

Purchasing confirms that you have read and agree to the box description and shop policies.
