This is a fine example of West German Pottery, an handled vase made by manufacturer Dümler and Breiden in the 1960s.

It has a modern truncated cone shape, with semi-matte black glaze on the upper and bottom part, a contrasting glossy red glaze all around the central part, revealing the brown matte glaze underneat and creating a geometrical circular pattern.

It is in great vintage conditions, no chips. On a closer inspection there are a few lines only on the SURFACE of the bottom glaze

Measuring 8" (20cm) tall
Diameter at widest point 5" (13cm)

MArked at the bottom 311 20 GERMANY

This vase would look amazing on top of your Mid-Century Modern teak sideboard!
