This listing is for the pair of 50ish year old kuchi tribal bracelets. They measure 6" in the inner circumference and are 1.25" wide at the front pendant. They open with a hinge and pin design but are not adjustable. you can purchase the pair but clicking 2 in the quantity field if 2 are still available.

Your wrist should be at 1/2" smaller than the inner circumference to fit for a bracelet that opens and 1" smaller than the inner circumference for a fixed bangle.

the metal is brass and the stone is unknown but looks quite genuine to me. but i will presume not ruby but a natural red crystal stone of some sort. this would not be a man made stone coming from the time and place it has derived. there is a safety chain for the pin closure.

from the nomadic tribes along the west and north side of Narmada in India. there has been quite alot of travel and trade since the dams have washed out alot of tribal agricultural land along this holy river.

i am seeing similar pieces on etsy 200- 400 usd. i wont be greedy here and offer this at a reasonable price. they are in very good condition for their age.

the sales from this shop are going to support my ongoing work in India - i am building a free interfaith library and temple as well as carrying on with my voluntary teaching while the funds are coming and plans are setting up.
