We offer complete wedding invitation design and printing services. We offer the highest quality product in the industry. All of our items are printed in the USA and ship from the USA.

WHAT YOU GET WITH THE PURCHASE OF THIS LISTING:

1 5x7” Printable Double-sided Invitation Design

If you selected a Printable card, the dimensions are 5.25x7.25” and sent to you as a pdf or jpeg file.
After you receive your initial design proof you may request 2 round of revisions. Each additional revision needed there will be a $10 fee.
If you selected the option to order printed cards, the $25.00 listing fee will go toward your final print order. Printing fees can be found on the last image of our listing.

WHAT CHANGES CAN YOU REQUEST?

COLORS, you may request to change the colors in any part of the design. Match your engagement photos or wedding colors and theme, just tell us what colors you want.

FONTS, font styles can be changed, our font list can be found in this listing.

TEXT, we understand that not everyone has the same text or information for their wedding event, the text can be whatever you need it to be.

WHAT CHANGES WOULD COST EXTRA?

REARRANGING, any changes to the layout of the design, for example moving photo placement, removing photo spaces or adding in photo spaces, changing the orientation of the layout. There is an additional fee of $10 up to $30 depending on the changes needed, contact us to find out if this fee would apply to your order.

CHANGE TO DESIGN ELEMENTS, some of our designs may include design elements such as flowers or arrows, if you would like to remove those items or replace those items there may be additional fees depending on what changes you would like to make. Please contact us to find out if additional fees would apply to your order.

CHANGE PHOTOS TO BLACK AND WHITE or EDIT COLORS IN PHOTOS, if you need us to change you photos to black and white there is an additional fee of $10.00 to so. We do have years of experience in editing photos however some changes may take a little time so please be aware that you may be charged for this time.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS AVAILABLE TO MATCH YOUR SET INCLUDE:
Save the Dates, RSVP cards, information cards, gift registry cards, dinner invitations, ceremony invitations, directions, maps, programs, menu’s and thank you cards.
Small cards that match you set such as RSVP cards and information cards cost an additional $10.00.

PHOTOS: You can email your photos to jenny(at)jeneze.com or send them to us in a convo in Etsy. Please make sure your photos are at least 250 dpi for good print quality. If the image quality is not good this will delay the process so please make sure you send good photos.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS: If additional items are needed please provide the details for those. We will set up a custom listing for you to purchase depending on the items needed for your set. Contact us to find out the exact cost of everything you will need.
CHANGES: please let us know if there are changes in the overall design that you would like to request, there may be additional fees depending on the changes needed.

IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE DIMENSIONS OF YOUR DESIGN: This is very important, most printers do require bleed on image files, we do provide .25” bleed on our designs, however this may not work for your specific printer, this is your responsibility to tell us if the size is different. If you come to us after we complete your order and ask that we change the size we will charge you $10.00 to do so. Why we do that is because changing the size after a design is complete may distort your photos so we would have to carefully make changes so this does not happen and this will take some time to make the correction. So please tell us if we need to change the size prior to your design proof being created.

3. Once information, photos and payment have be received, we will get to work on your design proof. Proofs will be sent via Etsy messaging. If you would prefer we send them to your email please let us know. Please allow up to 2 days for us to work on your design proof. Once you receive your proofs please review them carefully and email us back with any changes needed. Please note we offer 2 rounds of revisions, each additional revision needed is $10.00.

4. After the design is approved we will email you the full resolution pdf or jpeg files for your use to print however you would like.
***Printing Suggestions***
Your file can be printed at home or at your favorite print shop. We recommend printing on matte photo paper or cardstock to achieve the most realistic chalkboard look. Please note that colors printed may vary from the colors you see on the monitor due to computer setting differences.

NO REFUNDS – The fee for this listing is not only for a product for you to use for yourself but it also covers our time in creating something for you. If you do not like your final design we do not offer a refund, that is why we have sample images and provide proofs. If you have any concerns about your order at any time please contact us.

7. Full payment will be requested for your order.

8. Your order will be sent to print. Please allow 6-10 business days for printing and shipping if you are located in the US. If you are located outside the US please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery of your order.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not happy with the print quality of your order please contact us so we can resolve the issue. We do not offer refunds but if necessary we are will to offer re-prints. DESIGN FEES AND DEPOSITS ARE NEVER REFUNDED, thank you for respecting our time and effort in creating your invitations.

If you are not happy with the color of envelopes or pockets cards we do accept returns and exchanges but you will be responsible to pay for shipping and a restocking fee of 25%.

*** FOR MATTE AND GLOSS FINISH INVITATIONS YOU MUST ORDER A MINIMUM OF 50 CARDS, we cannot offer quantities less than 50 for these paper finishes.

***CLASSIC MATTE: Printed on a 14pt weight card stock, with a ultra-high quality print using the best print option available. This is our most popular paper finish, prints are clear and bold. Perfect for photo invitations as well as any invitation design.

***CLASSIC GLOSS: Printed on a 14pt weight card stock with a glossy finish. Ultra high quality print using the best print option available. Gloss is the perfect option to give your photos that extra pop. If you like gloss this is the perfect option for you.

YOU MUST ORDER A MINIMUM OF 25 CARDS for these paper finishes, we cannot offer quantities less than 25. Additional quantities available per piece.
