Wholesale availability We can fill wholesale orders of the same design, with as little as a 100 shirt minimum. Please contact us for details. Wholesale orders are non-refundable. Can I exchange my shirt for a smaller or larger size? We accept exchanges unless you have added custom text or photo to your order. If you asked to add any additional text or change anything your purchase is final. If you asked for a different style shirt or to find a color you want that is not listed, your purchase is final. Otherwise you can send it back to us. Once we receive it we will send you the shipping charge to send out the replacement. Please make sure you put your order number inside the package when sending it back!

A "UNISEX" shirt is made to fit both MEN and WOMEN, and is sized just like a men’s tee. Women will want to order at least one or possibly 2 sizes smaller than you typically wear. **Applies to "UNISEX" STYLES ONLY, not our "Women's" tees. PLEASE check the size chart measurements in your listing to choose the correct fit.

For all CrownandCauldron Tees Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold. Lay flat to dry. Do not bleach/dry-clean Do not iron directly onto the print!

How do I expedite my order?

During checkout, pick 1-3 business day first class shipping or 1-3 business day shipping with priority upgrade. Need it in a rush? Upgrade your shipping. Please leave date needed by in the note to seller section. We cannot be held responsible if you do not allow at least 14 business days from your date of purchase to your need by date. Shipping times maybe delayed at this time due to Covid-19. It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping address. If USPS tracking states that your package was delivered, we are not responsible for claims that a package did not arrive. If this happens contact your local post office.

Custom and personalized orders

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and packaged. Tracking information is normally available within 72 hours. International shipping can sometimes be very slow. Please allow at least 2-4 weeks for delivery. The average is about two and a half weeks but it is not unusual for it to take longer. Also, please be aware of customs fees if you have in your country, you are responsible to pay them. Please note that If USPS tracking states that your package was delivered, we are not responsible for claims that a package did not arrive. We suggest contacting your local post with your tracking information to find which customs center processed your order. They may be holding it there.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not offer any gift wrapping at this time but we can exclude the receipt or include a gift note. Please request to include a note via the order comments section at checkout.
