vintage brass engraved car salesman sample

This neat engraved car is approximately 9.25 x 3.25 inches. It was created by the Valley Engraving Corp. of Warehouse Point Connecticut which dissolved in the mid 60's. It has some amount of surface scratching- but is in really good vintage shape regardless.

It has come loose from it's backing- which is a very simple piece of black burlap affixed to cardboard- approximately 8 x 14 inches. The backing has seen better days- but personally I would reaffix, as it has the company's stamp on the reverse. But I will give you both, and let you make that decision when you see these in person. The two metal plates that once glued the car to the fabric are still adhered to the car.

Fabulous in an art piece, or for that vintage car fan in your life!

Thank you for looking!
