Top-of-the-line Danish modern. This exquisite France & Son side table was designed in 1957 by renowned Danish designers Peter Hvidt and Orla Molgaard Nielsen as part of their Minerva table collection (imported by John Stuart, NY). Smooth, rounded corners and tapered edges make this organic modern piece just as sculptural as it is functional. Constructed from solid teak with a lower woven rattan inset shelf, this very rare, old table is in extraordinary vintage condition. Caning is perfect, no stains or damage of any kind. Wood is in excellent shape, with only some very light marks and a couple very small, minor surface scratches. I would rate this piece a strong 9/10. Fully labeled, as pictured.

Smart design breaks down completely for flat-pack shipping, and thus this piece will ship very safely and affordably. Shipping quote is for USPS Parcel Post and includes insurance. Priority mail also available. Any excess shipping charges (minus cost of packing materials) will be promptly refunded.
