A tracking number is provided with ALL packages that I send. Please refer to that. If the Post Office indicates your item was delivered, but you don't have it, please check with your neighbors, building manager, front desk, package receptacle, customs/duty office, etc. It is not my responsibility to track down your lost package if you didn't provide a secure location for it to be delivered to. Also, please make sure to provide the correct address to Etsy at check out. And for international orders, once your package leaves the US you have to track it from your end. I am not familiar with the postal service/customs in your country.

Maybe. I usually have other orders pending, and it isn't always fair to prioritize yours ahead of theirs. But I understand sometimes things happen, and I am typically pretty accommodating when I can be. It depends on when you need it by, where you live, what the item is, etc. Just convo me to ask if it will be possible. I charge a rush order fee depending on the deadline and complexity of your request.
