Please do not return items until the correct UK returns address has been provided (which may be different to that on the parcel). Refunds will only be made on receipt of the returned item at the correct returns address, so it's highly recommended that proof of postage is obtained, or send using a tracked/signed for service. Items returned must be in the same and undamaged condition originally received. For faulty goods or order issues provide a photograph first via the Etsy messaging system. Refunds can not be made where tracking shows it still in transit, or if an incorrect shipping address was supplied.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The time to arrive includes both processing and shipping time will vary according to product. The average processing time is 2-4 business days but please refer to individual listings for details. UK Shipping time is approximately 2-4 business days, and 5-15 business days for USA orders. Please refer to individual listings for details. Please note shipping time may be longer than estimated at busy seasonal times of year (e.g. Christmas/Easter) so please allow extra time for your order to arrive. Orders are not considered lost in the post until 10 business after the estimated arrival date has past for UK items, and until 28 days have past for international orders.

Custom and personalised orders

For personalisation options please see the individual listing details, and ensure the 'Personalised' option is added to your basket. Items will not include personalisation if this option is not chosen, even if personalised text is added to the order notes. Please note that cards come with a blank enveloped wrapped in cellophane. If you wish an item to be sent in the envelope addressed direct to the recipient please state this in the order notes. When ordering, please ensure all the information you provide regarding customisation or personalisation (and shipping details) are correct, as refunds can not be made if errors are supplied. Please note that personalised or custom made items are not eligible for return.

Gift wrapping and messages

At this time gift wrapping is not available for Evanescent Visions products. I am also not able to add any additional notes or messages to orders for the recipients. However personalised gifts are available where a name greeting or other text can be added on to the item purchased, e.g. notebooks, mugs.

Items Shipped Separately

In some cases if purchasing different product together, e.g. a notebook and a coaster set, these may be shipped separately. Your order confirmation will be made for the first item to be shipped and an additional note sent when the second items has shipped.
