Items are packaged using either paper or recycled packaging (jiffy bags, boxes and bubble wrap are recycled) or biodegradable (& reusable!) mail bags.

When we get your order you will receive confirmation emails.

We are situated rurally so we please bear with us when waiting for an item to be posted.

If we do not have the item you want in stock we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

If there is likely to be any delay we will let you know as soon as possible. If there is a delay and you would rather have a refund than wait that is fine.

Orders will be processed within 7 working days (except during a holiday period of which you will be notified) Please allow 10 working days for delivery of most items to the UK and 30 days for delivery anywhere else.

You will receive an email confirmation that your items have been posted.
