You're looking at an original cyanotype print of the photograph "Pont vénitien" ("Venetian bridge"). I shot that picture in October, 2008, and I printed it in September, 2012. The photo was taken in Venice, Italy, during a train trip around Europe.

Cyanotype is an alternative photographic process dating back from the 19th century. Cyanotype prints have a deep blue tint close to Prussian Blue. This process is quite stable : a print shouldn't lose its tint over time.

My prints are made from photos I took during my travels around the world : Vietnam, China, Philippines.. Most of these photos have never been published, and are true originals. Moreover, the process allows a certain variety in the final image : two prints from the same photograph might be quite different ; each of these print is truly unique, a work of art made by the hand of a photographer who loves beautiful images.

The date, signature and stamp guarantee the origin of the print.

Features :

Dimensions : 12cm x 18cm (approx.) — that's about 4.7" x 7"
Paper : Daler Rowney Aquafine watercolor paper 300g/m² — 140lb

Shipping costs are free for France.
