Tulsi is a greatly medicinal plant and has many properties. tulsi is worn as it symbolises godess tulsi, who is married to Lord Krishna. and thus it is concidered as a blessing to wear it.

But if you are looking for a scientific reason;

When you wear tulsi mala around your neck all that goes inside your body through the neck is considered to be de-bacterialised. all the viruses and harmful threats are destroyed by the power of tulsi and it is considered good for the skin too.

This is one of my classic malas, masterfully handmade in accordance with the original Hindu design: It has 108 countable beads, knots to space the beads properly and make meditation effortless.

This mala is slow-crafted using organic hemp cord, and the absolute finest A-grade Tulsi beads, individually inspected and selected.

The Beads of this Mala are little rough. This doesn't mean it is of poor quality. As this is made with original tulsi wood which always leaves some dark spots and some beads can be less finish.
