Yes, its a fully functioning Western Electric 302 "Lucy" phone (nick-named from appearing on the I Love Lucy show)! It dates 1941 (dated from earpiece). These were the first phones to include the bells right inside the phone instead of in a connected and separate ringer box.

Its actually in REALLY good shape. The body has very few scuffs (some on the left side, enlarge last pic for detail) and is still very dark and glossy black. The dial card is an original reading "SKyline 1-0536". That card is a keeper. If you would like a different dial card from my shop email me and Ill switch it out for you before shipping.

It has an updated cord installed is now ready to plug right in. The receiver/handset has some slight fading, which is normal since the body was a lighter plastic while the handsets were made of Bakelite, which is very sturdy and heavier. Please take a good look at all pics and you can appreciate just how amazing this **71** year old phone is!
