This precious little creature is an antique Art Deco figurine representing a Scottish Terrier, or Scottie Dog. It is signed on bottom "McClelland Barclay." Barclay was an illustrator and pin-up artist who branched out into decorative metalware. From what I understand, his decorative metal items were made of cast spelter metal with a heavy skin of patinated bronze.

This cute little pup is 1-3/4" tall and 2-1/4" long. It has wonderful patina, is so finely detailed & well made, and has such great personality! Very good vintage condition. Circa 1930s-40s.
