Can I Return my Order?

I do accept returns within the stated time frames. The return postage cost(s) is the responsibility of the customer. All items must be received back unused, undamaged, and in new condition.

What will my REFUND amount be on returns?

My original Postage Cost to ship the order is NON REDUNDABLE - Although you may have purchased under Free Shipping, there is naturally a cost to ship. - This original shipping postage is paid and used and is non-refundable - Your return amount will be deducted the original shipping cost - Buyers are responsible to pay return shipping to Canada Rough Costs* - Canada wide $3.19+ tax - USA costs $5 - International orders are location based - Tracked express amounts are extra.

Do all cases ship in Protective Gift Box

Cases on sale above 15% do not ship in Black Gift Box - They are shipped as is in a white zip sealed bag. This is to save on postage costs, should you require the Gift Box please message me.

My items is out of stock- Can I reserve one?

Any items out of stock, please message me. I produce my cases in batches. I will be happy to add you to my waiting list and I always contact my customers when the item is ready to ship

Custom and personalised orders

I do not personalize cases with names etc. Should you prefer a similar but different design, just message me and we can talk about details

Gift messages and Thank you Notes

All my orders ship with the ability for customers to include a personalized gift message or note. I will be happy to accommodate personalized notes as I have many times for customers

Returns & Exchanges on Clearance and Sale Items

Please contact me direct in regards to your order. All orders marked under 'Clearance' section or sale price of 25% or more are final sales. The postage cost to ship to customers, and the cost to ship a return/exchange back, are not feasible, thus the final sale ( no returns/exchanges) policy on all 'Clearance' items or items 25% of more on sale. Again, please do contact me first, I do work to find a solution for all my customers.

ORDER CANCELATION | Why Did My Order Get Canceled

Please ensure all orders are placed with your current and accurate shipping address. Orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses or with missing information such as Apt/unit #, will be canceled and not shipped.

MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED - BUT I DONT HAVE IT

Please do reach out to me, I always offer customer support on all orders. Potential reasons for tracking # showing "delivered" status 1. Due to mailbox size/delivery reasons, your package may be sent to your local post office. 2. Mis-scans, wait a day or two, if your package is still not delivered, call your local carrier As per local laws and carrier policies, once a package has been marked "delivered" and is confirmed by the carrier to have been delivered, the customer must contact the local carrier with the corresponding tracking number. The sender can no longer call the carrier to request information. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages once a package has been marked "delivered". Contact your local carrier first.
