1940's Blue Tint Flameware Pyrex Set - 7" Skillet and detachable glass handle

Circa 1940 in Charleroi, PA USA; a well-used set in great shape, including the uncommon glass handle. The glass insulator on the release lever helps avoid burns.

Pyrex Flameware was designed as oven or stovetop-to-table cookware. The detachable easy-off handle is a nice feature, making for efficient refrigerator and pantry storage.

In my opinion, Pyrex glass dishes are just the best pans ever; they conduct heat beautifully, distributing a nice even heat for perfect dishes every time!
