Nice Masonic Shriner dashboard nodder from the 50's or 60's is made in Japan by the original Dee Bee Co., imports.

Dressed in a tux and Shriner's fez this dashing gentleman has hand painted features, including an engaging smile. His head still bobbles freely. He seems to be made of a chalkware type composite material.

He stands about 7 1/4 inches tall and has a magnet on the bottom for placement on the metal car dashboards of that day. He's in great shape but does show his age with little bits of chippy paint.

As far as I can tell from my research, the White fez with white tassel signifies the Grand Commander. Most of these are found to have a maroon fez.

Great addition to any Masonic or bobblehead collection. This was a fun novelty gift item then as it is now.
