Description

Our Handmade Snowman Felt Advent Calendar is a hark back to the days when Christmas decorations were made to last through the years. Start on the 1st of December with all the snowballs hanging on the buttons, then as each day passes remove the relevant snowball to reveal a hidden Christmas character. All the snowballs store in the snowmans' tummy.
Measures approx 49 cm (19.5 inches) wide by 76 cm(30 inches) high (excluding hanging tabs).

Made from premium wool blend felt (40% wool), tapestry threads, buttons and edged with grosgrain ribbon. All cut by hand and sewn by hand (with the exception of the ribbon edging which was machine sewn).

To hang you will need a piece of dowling approx 50 cm long (not included to keep postage costs down) which will slide through the hanging tabs and then add the piece of ribbon provided to create a hanging loop.

I am more than happy to discuss any personalisation you would like on the bauble decorations, the Christmas Tree Advent pictured is our family advent and we have personalised bauble decorations on there. I can also supply extra decorations for the Reindeer and Christmas Tree advent calendars so you can change the pocket contents each year.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

SHIPPING
All our orders are sent via the first class recorded service from Royal Mail or for larger (or more urgent) orders we use a courier service. International orders are sent using the most secure and cost effective method at the time of ordering.

RETURNS
We hope that you will be happy with your purchases but do realise that sometimes things don't go to plan. We don't want to disappoint our customers and so offer a comprehensive returns policy in accordance with the Direct Selling Regulations.
You have seven days from the day you receive your order to tell us if you have changed your mind and want to return your goods. Please do this in writing (either via post or email) so we have a written record. All goods will be returned to us at the buyers expense (we recommend using a trackable method of postage). We require all goods to be returned to us within ten days of receiving your order cancellation. Your full refund will be processed within thirty days of receiving your order cancellation (most are refunded upon satisfactory receipt of the goods.)

FAULTY GOODS
Of course we take every care to get your order to you in perfect condition, but sometimes accidents happen. Please contact us with full details of the problem and we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund for you (cost of damaged item and original postage charge). In most cases return postage will also be refunded, please provide us with a copy of your proof of postage.

BESPOKE GOODS
Some of our products fall within the made to order category which are excluded from the DSR's normal rules. Should you have any concerns please get in touch. We cannot refund these items unless the product is faulty in some way (in which case the standard terms above apply).

We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to products supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).
If you have notified us of a problem with the products, we will either replace or repair any products that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question in accordance with our Returns Policy. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products.
In any case, we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
