There are a lot of similar designs for this, but I love this lacy look.

*Caron cotton cakes scraps, cotton blend #4 yarn (This would also work well in acrylic yarn.)
*US H-8/5.00 mm
* US 7/4.50 mm
*3-in wooden or plastic rings, or fat goody elastic hair ties
*1" button

Tip...
*There are other options to using a 3-inch wooden or plastic ring. You could use the elastic hair ties for ponytails. I have actually wound the yarn about six times around a pill bottle and crocheted around that circle, but it's a little difficult to hold lol. But it is an option.
* Be sure and decide which side is the right side before you sew on your button. There is a slight difference in the look of the front and the back.
