This vintage Half and Half tobacco tin is in very good vintage condition with very slight markings or scratches, almost none. The graphics are clean, with the colors clear and bright, no fading. The lid of the tin is tight but will open and close fully. There is no rust inside or out.

The tax stamp is still intact on both of the sides. One side of the stamp has a picture of J.D. Adams and the writing underneath stating,1 1/3 tax paid. The other side of the stamp states the following, Stamp US Inter Rev
One and Three
Act of Feb 26, 19 (the rest of the date is missing)

Some of the writing on the tin reads as follows,
"Half and Half smoking tobacco is unconditionally guaranteed by the American Tobacco Company Incorporated."
"Factory No. 1 Virginia"
"Pat 2511634"
"A cargo of contentment in the bowl of any pipe"

Measurements are approximately, 4 1/4 inches tall x 3 inches wide x 1 inch deep
