I work very hard to ensure that you are getting a piece that is quality handmade jewelry. If you are unhappy within 5 days of receipt of the item, returns are accepted on unworn items in their original packaging materials, ie on the card, in the zip bag provided, with the tarnish tab, placed in the box. If I receive your necklace in a tangled mess I will not refund your money.

►There is a 20% of purchase price restocking fee for returns and shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items while in transit back to us.

►Personalized jewelry, customize order, bridal jewelry, earrings (Due to sanitary reasons) or group listing are FINAL AND NON-RETURNABLE.

►Please contact me before returning an item so that we can work together to resolve any issues you may have. All returns need prior authorization from me (the seller). Please contact me through Etsy conversations about the reason for your return, Orders returned by customer without prior authorization will Not be refunded.

►Item must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging for me to issue a refund.

►We will NOT replace items lost by the USPS unless shipping insurance is purchased from my shop. This is an issue with the USPS and NOT an issue with the fulfillment of your order.
Items that show as delivered are not eligible for insurance claims and will not be refunded or replaced.

►PLEASE NOTE: I use delivery confirmation on all US packages. Items that show as delivered are not eligible for insurance claims and will not be refunded or replaced. Once it leaves my hands at the Post Office with the delivery confirmation label on it, I am not responsible for the item or items.
I'm not responsible for lost orders while en route and in the care of the USPS. Insurance is available and recommended.
