Mastectomy Care Package: Heart Pillow, Port Cushion, Drain Holders

This care package includes so many items that are thoughtful and useful for anyone battling cancer who is having a Mastectomy, reconstruction or lumpectomy. It can be purchased as a Single or Double Mastectomy Care Package or a Deluxe Single or Double Mastectomy Care Package!

The Deluxe package includes all items shown in the picture. The regular set includes all "needed" items. Please see description below. If ordering the $75 package, please choose "No Tote" in the drop down menu instead of a fabric

The Set includes 1 (for Single Mastectomy Set) or 2 (For Double Mastectomy Set) Mastectomy Heart Pillows, a Port Pillow, a Waist Drain Holder/Apron, and a Shower Drain Holder....For Deluxe Packages, it also includes a Tote Bag, 1 (for Single Mastectomy Set) or 2 (For Double Mastectomy Set) 5" x 5" reusable Hot/Cold Pack filled with Rice and Flaxseed, Set of 4 Note Cards with envelopes and a Pink Beaded Ribbon Ornament.

The heart shaped pillow is designed to bring comfort after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It relieves pressure under the arm to cushion the tender area. There is a pocket on one side where an ice pack can be placed. Ribbons at the top can be tied to secure the pillow over your shoulder to allow for movement and use of your arm without dropping the pillow. The Port Pillow is made from Minky Fabric that is used to cushion the seatbelt where it rests on your chest. (This is not a safety device. It only provides cushioning) It attaches to the seatbelt with the pillow side against your chest. The Hook and Loop tape wraps around the seatbelt and the pillow can be easily adjusted up or down to provide optimal comfort. The waist, drain holder can be tied around the waist or the neck. It has 2 large pockets to hold your drains securely. This can be tied to fit under your shirt for comfort and is a neutral color to maintain discretion. The Mesh Shower Drain holder can be worn around the waist or hung from the neck and hold the drains in the large pocket.

The Deluxe Packages also include:
-Reversible Tote Bag which is handy to take to doctor or chemo visits to carry everything you need. Please note in drop down variations which fabric you would like or if you are ordering the set without the tote.
- 5" x 5" Reusable Hot/Cold Pack that is filled with a mixture of Rice and Flaxseed
-4 Inspirational note cards that are blank inside with envelopes. They are made with Park Lane Stationery and permanent, adhesive vinyl.
-A Pink, Felt, Beaded Awareness Ribbon that can be used as an ornament or Bag Tag.

Heart Pillow measures 11” x 10”
The pocket can fit a 5” x 5” ice pack
The straps are each 24” long
Once it is no longer needed under the arm, it can double as a neck pillow and perfect to take to chemo treatments to provide comfort while waiting.

-The port pillow measures 7” x 4”
The port is made of minky fabric and attaches to the seat belt with hook and loop tape (Velcro).

Please note which minky fabric pattern you would like for the heart pillow and port pillow.

The waist apron measures 18” x 9” with a 37” strap on each side. Each pocket measures 9” x7”

The Mesh Shower Drain Holder measures 12" x 6" with 1 large pocket and has a 40" strap on each side.

The Reversible Tote Bag measures 12" x 12" x 4" & the handles add 6"

The reusable Hot/Cold Pack is filled with a mixture of Rice and Flaxseed. They can be stored in the freezer and used as an ice pack. The packs can also be placed in the microwave and heated in 30 second intervals until they reach your preferred temperature. Be careful when removing them from the microwave to ensure they are not too hot to touch.

The Beaded Ribbon measures 4 1/2" x 2 1/4" (with hanger it measures 8")

The Tote Bag, Mastectomy Pillow, Port Pillow, Waist Drain Holder and Shower Holder are machine washable and dry able.
