DELIVERY:
Via Royal Mail 2nd class post - this can be upgraded in the checkout process if you wish.

NON DELIVERY: In the event of non delivery, this MUST be reported to us within 21 days of despatch

RETURNS:
Because this is a personalised item we can only accept returns if your item is damaged, faulty or if you have received the incorrect item. We will either refund or issue a replacement.
Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
