Thank you for the lovely review and picture of your cat using the item. I'm happy you're pleased with the item and service you received. Thank you. Playtime4Pets.
Starting with the seller - Shane is a lovely person and was so so helpful!! He even offered to make an alteration to the ordered item after I made a comment in passing. Once finished, he sent me a picture of the item for me to confirm satisfaction with it before he shipped it out to me! Regarding the item - fantastic quality, it's made with a lot of care, and is very sturdy! One of my two cats, actually the pickier one, took to it right away. The other one snuck into the (very large!) box while I wasn't looking. If you're second guessing whether it's worth it - BUY IT!!! Shane makes excellent quality products and is such a pleasure to interact with! Thank you again from me and my two girls x 🤗
