The hat is made with 100% Acrylic Yarn which makes it machine washable and dryable at low temperatures.

As with all my knitted items this is hand knit not machine knit or loom knitted. It is knitted with the upmost care and attention to detail.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

*Due to the nature of our soap product and lotions we cannot accept returns. If there is a problem with your order please contact us.

**Knitted items:
Please remember that these are handmade items and color variations occur due to dye lots from the yarn companies.
• If you for some reason are dissatisfied with your purchase please let us know. These situations will be handled on a case by case basis.

***Jewelry Items:
All items are satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us. Due to Florida State Law earrings are non-returnable.

Shipping policies

Puchases made in the US are shipped via USPS mail. Normally your item will be shipped 1-3 days after receipt of payment. Please allow at least a week after shipping for delivery.

International and Canadian Customers please contact me for shipping information and charges. Quoted shipping rates will not include any Custom Fees which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Work won't start on any custom order until all money due has been received.

The time taken to complete your order can vary for several reasons, however, a timeframe will have been discussed with you at the time of placing your order and all effort will be made to adhere to it.

The item will have been made especially for you and to your specifications, so returns are not possible due to change of mind, etc. If there is a problem with your custom item, please get in touch and I'll do everything in my power to resolve the issue.

If your item is damaged on receipt, please contact me right away. Photographic evidence of the damage to your item must be sent as proof, in order for a full refund to be given.

All custom items will be shipped Priority Mail with signature required. Therefore, if it hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, check with you post office first as they may have attempted to deliver and you weren't home.

I take great care when creating and finishing my knitted and crocheted items, but wear and tear can damage stitching, so please check regularly.

Conditions of Returns:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
