This beautiful bracelet has been created especially for teenage girls approaching the transition into womanhood, and to welcome the “first period” as a time of positivity, rather than fear or disgust.

It's hardly surprising that young girls have learned to fear or dread the onset of their period, when this event is generally spoken of as "the curse". Rather than taking this view, they should feel blessed that they have now joined the ranks as an adult female, with this occasion being a time for celebration, rather like the initiation rites of young men, in other cultures.
Why not put together a special gift pack to give along with the bracelet, all ready for that occasion? You could include a hot water bottle, fluffy socks, cozy PJs and chocolate, all the little things that can make a girl feel better!

The stones used are associated with pain relief and menstrual discomfort, as well as those for boosting self confidence, because this is a time when young ladies feel vulnerable and insecure, as their bodies change and mature.

Creating Your Bracelet
Each healing bracelet consists of semi precious gemstone beads, with spacer beads defining each group of gemstones.
I generally use Swarovski types pacers, as the multi faceted nature of them reflects and augments the healing energy, although should you prefer, small silver plated or hematite spacers can be substituted, or omitted entirely, just let me know when you place your order. Please contact me if you have any other customisation requests, I want you to be as happy with your bracelet as possible!

Your bracelet can be made in one of two ways to suit your preferences and lifestyle.
Select either your size of adjustable bracelet from the drop down menu, or choose memory wire (one standard size)

Option1
Your bracelet can be created using a single coil of memory wire, which keeps its more rigid circular shape, and gives a look rather like a bangle. It gives a very delicate, dainty look to the bracelet, and is probably more suited to a female wrist.
This bracelet will fasten with a toggle, magnetic or lobster clasp with extender chain.
Due to the pre-set diameter of the memory wire, this bracelet comes in just one size that expands to fit your wrist, with the aid of a small extender chain.

Option 2
Your bracelet can be made on non stretch beading thread, with a lobster
claw or toggle closure. These bracelets are adjustable, but can be made to fit perfectly.
Prices vary according to size, as larger bracelets require more gemstones.
The following sizes are available from the drop down menu:

Lady S: 6.5"
Lady M: 7"
Lady L: 7.5"
Lady XL: 8"


Once your bracelet has been made, then I can add the final touch, a charm to help you focus on feeling better.
I recommend the butterfly, to signify growth and change into a new stage of life, but the final choice is entirely up to you.

If you would like a charm not mentioned, select “own choice" from the drop down menu, and message me to discuss alternatives.
Similar to the butterfly charm, the bracelet is designed to help girls to overcome fear of the future, and to emerge into the beautiful creature that is Woman!

This bracelet has been made with love and respect, then charged with Reiki.
It will arrive in a beautiful organza pouch, and includes an information card, detailing the meaning of each stone.

Sian made this bracelet with great attention to detail and love. She was AMAZING to work with - particularly patient and very interactive in the process. the packaging and explanation of the stones and their qualities were a special surprise and so appreciated! The turn around time was very quick, and the bracelet is of wonderful quality. This is for my first-born daughter as she enters womanhood, and it is perfect. I will find reasons to return to Sian, who is a very bright light. I cannot recommend Sian's shop strongly enough.
