Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements for their made-to-order or custom shoes.
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please use postal services with a tracking number—NOT courier services—to avoid any additional costs.

When ordering a general size, such as 38EU, please be aware that returns for refunds are not permitted. However, you can exchange the item for a different size (either larger or smaller) within the same design and color.
Buyers are responsible for both return and exchange shipping costs. For further return instructions, please contact us.

Refunds are NOT offered for incorrect size or color choices. In such cases, you may exchange the item, but please be aware that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with both the new item and the returned one.
