We use regular postal services when we are sending our products (This only applies to the EU, Switzerland, Norway, and the UK). You can always upgrade Shipping and choose Tracking Options, otherwise, Your order will be sent as Regular Post and We assume no liability, for Packages without Tracking ID, however, If problems arise, (Delays or Lost Packages) We always try to find a solution!
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SENT WITH A TRACKING ID.

If you wish to return your order, Please Contact us within 3 days of delivery and, Ship items back within 7 days of delivery.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it to us. If the items are not returned to our return address within 21 days, you are no longer eligible for cancelation or a refund.
In case you provided false address information, we are not responsible for the loss of your purchased goods, unless the items are returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund or cancelation.
