In non-COVID times collectors would stop by the studio and might buy unframed work before it could make it to one of my shows. Since that is not possible, I am doing an “open studio” unframed art sale through Etsy.

"Tree Line" is an original oil painting by American realist painter, Kate Kern Mundie
This painting is from a trip to Iceland in 2017. These rolling fields and tree line wind break on the way to Selfoss was so picturesque.
This signed oil painting is on an archival surface and varnished to protect it.
I have been painting and exhibiting my artwork for over 20 years and I am represented by two galleries on the east coast. I have fine art degrees from both Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art and University of Pennsylvania.

We love this painting, it is a wonderful little slice of life. In fact, once we got this one, other members of the family went on the site and bought a painting from Kate and prints from Jim. They are both outstanding artists. Happy to be supporting Philly artists!
