After being a licensed hairdresser, manicurist and facial tech. for many years, as well as working at a Health
Spa, where exercise is the main goal, I developed this program using the best part of each learning experience.
Face-up-exercise is a set of 22 exercises that cover all the muscle groups of the scalp, face and neck.
Each exercise is explained verbally, with a video showing how they are done, and how each exercise affects the
rest of the muscle groups. When properly done the face will be toned and have a more youthful look.
