Gift Wrapping: I do offer gift wrapping and packaging. Make sure you select the option at checkout. We do charge for the gift wrapping, due to supplies needed. Holiday Shipping: Holiday packaging and shipping may cause longer delivery times, and delays in USPS tracking updates. We appreciate your patience with shipping issues beyond or control. Due to the nature of my items, I do not accept returns. All items are sold as a curio. Wickedwitchshop2 is not accountable if any "magick" products do not work. The magick is within you. It is all about your intention What happens during an Exchange? If it is determined that your order qualifies for exchange, it will only be exchanged for other products in my shop for the value of the item being exchanged. Shipping costs are not included. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs for the exchange.

Custom and personalized orders

We do offer custom orders, but we ask that you give us time to gather the materials needed. Note: We do not offer cancelations on our custom orders. Etsy defaults custom and made to order purchases to 6-8 weeks for processing. It will not take that long. If it is custom or made to order it will take 2-3 days at the most. If there is additional time needed I will reach out to buyer

What if my glass items get broken during shipping?

Glass Items will not be returned. Many of my glass products are specialty made and cannot be duplicated. If an item is delivered to you damaged please contact me thru message, A claim will usually need to made with the post office for insurance on the package. The only packages covered by insurance are those chosen priority mail at checkout. First class mail is not covered. You will need to show me pictures of the damaged items so I can better help with a solution. Refer to policies page. If your items are damaged during shipping and you have submitted pictures to me, I will exchange your products for other products for the value of your order, or file the insurance claim if applicable to your order, insurance claims could take a while.

Instructions for products

What if I need instructions on the products? Many of my items are natural curios. when you shop with me, it is assumed that you know how the product works, if you need instructions on a product you can message me during checkout and I will type up the instructions for you or you may message me if you have any questions about how something works I usually do my best to message within 24 hours.

What if my order gets stolen or misplaced during shipping?

I sincerely apologize if your order gets stolen or misplaced during shipping sometimes this can happen and we need to leave it to the Universe and Karma to take care of those who choose to steal. Once it is shipped it is out of my hands and there's nothing I can do if it is stolen or misplaced.

Chelsie is a beautiful soul. Most Etsy sellers take hour or even days to reply. Chelsie replies quick soons as you hit send she responds its like having text conversation over the phone. It does not matter what you the question she will respond fast.

Another thing I have also been needing lol one of the things I’ve also been working on along with honing in on my intuition is digging up the shadow self to transmute into useful energy through shadow work which is why I believe my intuition is off anyway! And in the process as well as just increasingly becoming more and more sensitive to all energies I’ve been experiencing empathic burn out much easier than before and I know that my spiritual healing needs to take place in order for that to become more “deal-able” if you will so this probably couldn’t have popped up at a better time as well! This is definitely going to be a big helpful and handy tool in the work I am currently going through! Thank you so much Chelsie for having this available at this time! And of course for everything else you have done!
