✦ PRINT MATERIALS:

FINE ART PAPER is a premium quality, heavy-weight (230gsm) paper with a matte texture. It is acid free for a long print life and features an instant-dry coating that resists fingerprints and smudging.

WATERCOLOR PAPER is a heavy-weight (340gsm) cold press paper that is textured and has a matte finish, so that artwork can be viewed from any angle without glare. Watercolor paper is also available in Deckled Edge (Torn Edge) prints. Deckled Edge prints are hand torn which lends a beautiful 'found' feel to the piece as no two prints are exactly the same. Deckled Edge prints are well suited to being floated in a frame.

CANVAS ROLL is a heavy-weight (410 gsm) canvas fabric made from 70% cotton 30% polyester for high strength and flexibility. It lays flat and fits easily into a picture frame.



✦ PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING:

Please allow up to 7 business days lead time for production. If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact me within 4 hours of placing your order. After 4 hours changes cannot be made to your order.

Shipping is FREE within Canada and the continental United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a UPS, USPS or Canada Post tracking number. You can monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided. Typical shipping times are 4-6 business days, however due to COVID-19 shipments can be delayed without notice.


✦ RETURNS:

As each order is custom printed, we are unable to accept returns. Each order is quality inspected prior to shipping to ensure that it is in perfect condition and free of defects. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Please be aware that colors can vary between monitors and devices. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of color variation.
