Sterling Silver lapis lazuli bracelet. Lapis lazuli, liquid silver and Bali sterling silver beads strung on 49 stranded stainless steel.
Select the size of your bracelet when you check out. If you need a size in between, you can specify that in the notes at checkout. Choose a lobster claw or spring ring clasp.

Lapis Lazuli is the birthstone for December. It is an alternative birthstone for September. Lapis Lazuli is also given as a 9th anniversary wedding present.

I make bracelets as small as 6", but unless you or the intended wrist is incredibly skinny or of a little girl, you will want to choose a longer length. The number of lapis beads in the bracelet is proportional to the length of the bracelet.

Lapis Lazuli has been a desirable stone for making jewelry for many centuries. It is mined primarily in Afghanistan and Pakistan. It is 5-6 on the Mohs hardness scale and commonly has pyrite or calcite inclusions.

Your bracelet will arrive in a decorated gift box. Your jewelry will be shipped in recycleable envelope that can be recycled with your mixed paper. The shipping label will be afixed with biodegradable tape. Simple substituions are great. I can make my designs with so many other stones, if I have the stones in stock. (just ask!) I can also make most designs in either sterling silver or gold filled, with minimal changes, if any. I can also alter the length of a necklace or bracelet. If you want a completely new design or a significant alteration, I may charge a design fee, based on the amount of time required to settle on the design. If you know exactly what you want, that helps! Also, if you've looked through all my jewelry and you don't like anything you see, that may be a sign that you should be working with a different artist.

I'm replacing a lost lapis lazuli and silver bead bracelet. This one feels more substantial, so I think it's better made. The wire the beads are strung through is tough but I think it will help it last longer. I'm hard on jewelry, so I like pieces that are affordable and well-made. This bracelet is both. The stones are also mottled which makes them unique and imperfect. It looks very pretty on the wrist.
