    BUYER BEWARE I followed instructions from the shop and left an event date. That date was ignored and seller was shipping the pops out a month 1/2 early. When I contacted shop, they instructed me to cancel my order and repurchase everything a month from now (contrary to the shop’s instructions). Zero remorse for their mistake. Buyer beware - order elsewhere!!!

    continued from above...I prefer to surprise buyers with a free gift(s) inside the box. However, I chose not to respond to the rude message and then later came the 1-star reviews. Again, I'm truly sorry that I processed your order too soon. You have received a full refund and your event is almost 8 weeks away. I do not understand all the anger and negativity.     I got these to help decorate a Mardi Gras themed bachelorette party I hosted in NOLA (and they also acted as little snacks when we needed them!) They are absolutely ADORABLE, and the diamon shape is of course perfect for a bachelorette! The bride was so surprised when I told her they are edible! Shop owner is great and messages you about when you need them to make sure she delivers at a good time that the candies will stay fresh.

• Due to the fact that I produce custom-made, edible products, I can not accept returns, exchange or give refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please read the description of each listing in full and ask questions prior to ordering. I want everyone to love their purchase!

• ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact me ASAP. A full refund, regardless of how much time has passed, will be issued as long as your order hasn't been processed. ( NO cancellation fee) . In the event that your order has already been processed, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation/refund. Thank you for understanding. :-)

• DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CAUSED BY CARRIER:
I take every precaution necessary to package your order with the utmost care by using both bubble wrap and packaging peanuts. In the unlikely event of breakage, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with USPS. Please note: only PRIORITY and EXPRESS are insured up to $100. First Class is not insured. If you wish to purchase insurance on a First Class package, please contact me. I do not replace damaged/broken lollipops.

• POSSIBLE MELTING:
I've shipped over 12,000 orders here on Etsy through all seasons with great success. But I can't do this alone. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO TRACK THEIR PACKAGE AND RETRIEVE IT THE DAY OF DELIVERY. When temperatures/humidity are high, even an overnight delay can make a difference. If you contact me the DAY OF CONFIRMED DELIVERY, I will work with you concerning any possible melting. For claims purposes, clear photographs MUST be attached to your first/original claim.

• Once the candy is in the buyer's possession, it is the buyer's responsibility to store the candy per the included instructions. I do not replace, give refunds, issue shop credit due to negligence.

• JEWELS/GEMS/DIAMONDS:
Many of my clients have used my sugar gems for cake decorating with great success. Unfortunately, a few have not been so lucky. There are many factors that can cause the gems to cloud such as environment, humidity and type of icing used. It is the buyer's responsibility to do their own research. I do not replace, issue refunds or shop credit if the gems melt/cloud while in use.

• MILITARY ADDRESS: (overseas)
Delivery overseas can take up to 3 weeks and when it's hot, the risk of melting/damage is high. Order at your own risk.

• You will receive an automated e-mail with a tracking # once your order has shipped. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO TRACK THEIR PACKAGE AND RETRIEVE IT THE DAY OF DELIVERY. (please see refund policy)

DELIVERY GUARANTEE:
• First Class and Priority are generally reliable but not guaranteed to be delivered within a certain timeframe. In the event that your order is delayed by the carrier, and does not make it in time for your event, there will be no refunds, shop credit, etc. EXPRESS shipping is the only shipping method that is guaranteed. In the event that an EXPRESS packaging is delayed, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim directly with USPS. Please note, only the postage fee will be refunded. To avoid an unpleasant situation, please order 3-4 weeks in advance. In the 'note' section of the order form, request a 'need by' date and your order will ship 2 weeks prior to the date you give me.

• PACKAGING FEES: Packaging materials and handling fees are included in all shipping costs. Occasionally, especially with the larger orders, shipping cost adds up to an excessive amount. In this case, I will issue a refund for the excess shipping charges when your order ships. However, be prepared to pay what you're being charged just in case.

• UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide/confirm the correct shipping address during check out. Shipping cost of a returned package due to an incorrect address is the buyer's responsibility. Please see our NO REFUND policy below.
