Where do I enter personalization info?

At checkout screen there is a box that says "message to seller. " add your info there. If you miss it, just send me a message. ~Keep alert to any messages from the shop in case we have a question about your order.

How long will it take?

Orders are usually shipped within 10 days of ordering, but depending on stock availability & high volume ordering it may take up to 2 weeks for production. Feel free to ask questions on production time frame or see if we could rush an order if needed. We will always try our best to help you out. Choice of shipping at checkout of: First class- 2-5 days Priority- 1-3 days

Wear with Care! ~Always remove your jewelry before washing hands, swimming,hot tubing, bathing, doing dishes, any household chores, washing hands and using soaps. ~not recommended to completely submerged in water. ~Apply any hand lotions before wearing rings. ~To clean use a soft damp cloth. No jewelry cleaners. Rings- Although stainless steel is durable and virtually indestructible, not following the care of your rings may lighten the letter darkening inside the stamped impression and loosen your crystals. It is recommended to take rings off before hand washing. If your letter darkening does lighten from every day wear the stamping is just as beautiful, but if you wish to have it darker just contact the shop for our solutions.

My Darkening on Ring impression has lightened-

With years of wear the darkening on your ring stamping may lighten. Although the stamped impression is pretty in its natural state, if you wish to have it re darkened go to the ring section of the shop & order the "ring redarkening" listing, and send the ring back to the shop. We charge $5.00 plus the shipping. If the ring set is a gift, please include the care instructions that come with your order with you gift.
