Once shipped, estimated delivery time varies by location and the shipping method chosen. • To view a delivery estimate to your location, just enter your zip code information into the shipping field of any listing. Delivery estimates with available shipping upgrades can be viewed within the shopping cart. • Once your order has been placed, delivery information may always be reviewed within your purchase receipt and/or Etsy order history. • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders mailing to Canada ship via USPS First Class International, with an estimated arrival time of 1-4 weeks after shipment.

• All Allyria Sky orders are guaranteed to mail out on or before the specified ship-by date indicated at purchase. • Once shipped, however, all delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are entirely contingent upon their service. While delivery estimates are accurate in most cases, they may be subject to factors beyond shop control, such as postal delays. • Delivery estimates are intended only for use as a guideline of estimated arrival time; they are not a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

📦 DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

• Yes! If you are not 100% satisfied with your new jewelry, please feel free to return it within 30 days of delivery. To start the return process, just send me a message using the shop “contact” link, and I will be glad to help. • PLEASE NOTE: Returned items must be in original condition and contain both the bracelet(s) and card(s). Refunds cannot be provided for partial items. Items that have been used or altered are not eligible for refund. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipments may be sent via the method of your preference but must include delivery tracking and be sufficiently packaged to allow for intact arrival. Exchanges are not offered.

Yes! Allyria Sky is happy to offer free shipping on orders of $35 USD or more mailing within the United States. Free shipping will automatically be applied during checkout once the minimum purchase amount has been reached. Minimum purchase amount must be reached in a single transaction and applies to the pre-tax, pre-shipping order total.

🎁 CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SENT DIRECTLY TO A GIFT RECIPIENT?

• Absolutely! Just select the "gift" option during checkout. This will allow you to add a gift message, and you can also update the shipping address to have your order mailed directly to a gift recipient. • All Allyria Sky items include gift packaging and will arrive wrapped and ready for gifting. Allyria Sky gift packaging consists of a petal box and ribbon.

📬 CAN I HAVE ITEMS IN MY ORDER SHIPPED SEPARATELY?

• Unfortunately, no. Etsy only allows for one shipping address per order. Order shipping costs (or free shipping if applicable) only allow for all items in your order to be shipped in one package to one address. • To have items shipped separately, they must be purchased in separate transactions with delivery information updated for each order during checkout. Individual shipping costs will apply for each transaction.

📏 WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR BRACELETS?

• All Allyria Sky bracelets come in one adjustable size that opens to a maximum circumference of 9 inches and can be loosened or tightened by means of the sliding knot closure. This is a standard bracelet size that will accommodate most wearers. • Bracelets slide directly over the hand, so please be sure to double-check all measurements prior to purchase to ensure that your chosen item will meet your needs. • Need a different size? Please use the "Custom Sizing" add-on listing, and select your preferred bracelet circumference from the drop-down menu (Coming Soon!).

📝 CAN I CUSTOMIZE A MESSAGE CARD?

• Only select items feature card customization options. If available, these will be noted throughout listing details, and applicable listings will include an "Add your personalization" field that must be filled out prior to purchase. • Unless otherwise noted as above, message card text is not eligible for customization. However, I am always more than happy to include a personal message as a separate gift note with any item.

NEVER cut or untie any strings or knots - these have been sealed to prevent fraying and accidental untying.
