Buyer beware. Although the listing says it comes with wax seals and belly bands, if you dont ask for them you won't get them - and they will tell you it is your fault for not saying you wanted them. The quality is poor as every single acrylic came scratched on multiple areas. Significant scratches that even pulled the foil off in some areas. They sent the wrong colors even though they confirmed my final choices, then deflected accountability back to me instead of accepting responsibility. They resent the correct colors and the missing wax seals and belly bands, however they sent them to someone else and I received another person order and I had to mail the other person their package out of pocket. Still haven't been refunded for this. Poor customer service, and really poor quality. They refused refund.

It is very unfortunate that ı have to give a public response to this allegation, this particular buyer received everything she asked for after a misunderstanding in logistics she finally received the products as it was ordered and beyond that she received full refund yet she chose to come and shame peak ornaments. if you you have been my customer before you probably know the quality of our service and also in. communication.
