You may use my images for personal use and for gift giving. You may also print them as many times as you like. However, under no circumstances may the image be used for resale purposes or commercial work. I run a licensing company called Liquid Images that regularly licenses imagery - If you are interested in using one of our prints commercially, please contact us by private message.

Due to the nature of Digital Items, I am unable to offer refunds, especially if they have already been downloaded.
Digital items are not tangible items that can not be sent back to me so please note that while purchasing.

All of our posters are printed to order so unfortunately we are unable to offer returns. However, if there is a problem with your order then please get in touch within 3 weeks and send us photos of the issue and we'll do our best to help.

You can Print at home if you have a good printer - often this is a good idea if you are experimenting with what suits the space.

Please note - the quality of your final artwork will be determined by the quality of the printer and the quality the paper or card you chose. Please bear in mind though that colours may change slightly from your screen to the final print (Due to different monitor calibrations).

There are many different places to get your frames from. I would never rule out searching for a asking your local framers. Often these are amazing quality and you get that personal service too. Prices can be varied.

Most Printable designs can be purchased as a print. All Prints can be found at the bottom folder of the main site 'PRINTED and SHIPPED'

All Prints are Shipped for FREE to anywhere in the world!

We use a Fulfillment Company, which is based in the US but has locations worldwide, handles the shipping of your Prints. This ensures smooth Customs processing and allows for an estimated delivery time of about a week, although many orders are shipped sooner.

Your prints will be shipped with a tracking number to your Etsy address (so please make sure it's correct) and will arrive in a protected, environmentally-friendly triangular cardboard box.

We live in York, the famous historic city in the North of England.

Also, we work with a fulfilment centre in the US/Europe that produces and ships the amazing prints we offer. The quality is outstanding, you won't be disappointed.
