Here's a practical vintage mid century paper cutter from a general store.

Made of steel with a sturdy wooden base and top. It currently has a pretty full roll of tissue paper.

It is nicely weighted to stay put when you pull out the paper and the paper tears on the metal bar.

From an old general store that closed long ago in Texas.
This is a great smaller size that doesn't take up too much space.
Perfect for wrapping jewelry or small gifts.

In great condition ready to be put to work. A nice mid century industrial decor item as well.

Measures: 9" wide by about 9" tall. Paper is about 7" wide.
