Incredibly high quality, fast shipment, even faster design + email responses, and unmatched wow factor! As soon as you have it in your hands, it's absolutely stunning. Ersin and Şule were incredibly kind and even customized mine with me - they happily included my illustration into the design! The best experience I've ever had. First time I buy on Etsy and I'm very satisfied! The result corresponds to the photo, the embossing and gilding are perfect! I received the items 4 days after Ersin finished them while I had taken a standard delivery that can take up to 20 days before the delivery of the packages! The result is worth it, Ersin is very attentive and rigorous, he communicates very well and responds quickly. In addition the package was very very well protected with foam and packed with care, no problem, only happiness!
