Shipping is still the standard USPS shipping with rush production. We do not offer a faster shipping method at this time. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Please proof read ALL personalization before submitting your order. We COPY AND PASTE, YOUR PERSONALIZATION into our software to avoid any errors on our end. Due to our HIGH ORDER VOLUME, we cannot reach out to fix mistakes, LARGE OR SMALL! Certain words may be spelled differently in other languages, names may be spelled differently, and we are unable to verify that information with you.

We DO NOT refund/replace orders with spelling errors, as long as we engraved EXACTLY what you submitted.

No, we do not guarantee delivery dates. Etsy calculates a rough estimate of the delivery date during checkout. The USPS only provides estimates on delivery dates, and we have no control over when the USPS will deliver your package. We will ship in the production window shown on the listing, and USPS tracking will be provided. An estimated delivery window is provided on the listing and at checkout.

No. Per Etsy policy, we are required to "Ship to the address listed on the Etsy receipt." You are given an opportunity to review the shipping and billing address before you submit your order.

We're happy to change the shipping address if we're able and we catch it, but it is not guaranteed. No. Do not provide an emoji or special character anywhere in your order notes for any reason! If you provide us with a special character or an emoji in your order notes, it will print on the order sheet as a "?", and you will get an engraving that has a "?" on it. We will not provide a replacement or a refund for an order that is made with an "?" on it, and you agree to this policy when purchasing from us. Emojis are trademarked, they're usually color, and they are not engravable. Please do not provide us engraving notes for other languages, as we can only engrave Latin based characters.

No. Unless we have express permission from the trademark owner that we can use a logo or name for us to sell products for a profit, we absolutely do not engrave anything trademarked. We do not engrave greek letters or words and we do not do the names or initials of fraternities or sororities for any reason. We do not engrave the names of universities, schools or any other organization. If you can provide on letterhead permission to use a name or design from your institution, we may be able to accommodate you.

No, we do not offer proofs. We want to ship your order as quickly as possible, and proofs disrupt our workflow. In some select cases, we may offer a proof for orders of $1000 or more before making a large run of items.

All engravings/personalization will default to OUR style unless stated in the "notes to seller" at checkout. Even if you send us a message, if we do not respond and the engraving comes out differently than you planned, we are not held responsible as we receive an influx of messages daily.
