This bread mix is perfect for beginning bakers! Bakes up a delicious, chewy artisan loaf. Everything you want in a homemade bread (crusty outside, soft and chewy inside) without kneading or mixing! The bread mix makes one small loaf (6-8 slices, plus the ends)
Simply add water to the mix and rely on time to ferment the dough to develop the flavor and texture.
Bake in a dutch oven for a crispy crust on the outside and soft, airy homemade bread on the inside.
*This bread mix needs an 18-24 hour fermentation/rising time. Other than that, you just mix, let rise, bake and enjoy!
