I loooove these custom cases! They're a gift for someone, and it's killing me to have to give them away. Carla did an amazing job from start to finish. I'll definitely be ordering more gifts (for ME).

A strictly case-by-case basis. Unless the piece is damaged in transit, I cannot offer a refund since I make each piece with extreme care. And this quality is a big part of what you responded to when you decided to buy.

In most cases, I ship using Priority Mail from the USPS with tracking.

No two pieces of linen that I work on are alike. In rare cases, I will find a linen 'pair' and will create a piece that incorporated both.
Each piece of linen is of the very best, pristine condition I can find. Any deviation from this would be described and pictured in the write-up of that piece.
Depending on complexity, each wall tapestry takes anywhere from 10 - 20 hours to make.
