French baguette with bag! Each is one of a kind, made free hand without a pattern and will be slightly different

size approx. 4 inches long baguette


If you would like a hang string sewn in for tree ornament, please let me know at time of order. Or if it arrives with a string and you do not prefer, simply clip and pull it through to remove.
Ornament shipped in a little paper bread bag for whimsical presentation. Could be used as part of ornament, but please know that paper bag may tear or wrinkle over time.

What is needle felting? : the art of using a special barbed needle to pierce sheep’s wool, which sculpts a piece of art. After repeated needle sticks, (too many to count) the wool will knit together and allow the artist to transform it into the desired ornament/ figure. The process takes several hours or days, depending on the item.

I was in Paris this summer and in all the bustle just never got a Christmas ornament, but we did have baguettes every day for breakfast. This little baguette ornament is making me so happy! It is thoughtful details, creative and reminds me of every day in that hotel apartment in Paris, a memory. I never want to forget. I know the little bag around it is not going to last forever, but I'm going to appreciate it for as long as it does because it's adorable. I did contact the seller just to confirm that the baguette I wanted was the one in the first picture so you will want to note that there are two different kinds to choose from when you order. And she was very helpful and prompt. I just completely love this ornament and I'm thrilled that I bought it. It came in a good protective box and is exactly what was featured on the site
