The Daily Self-Care Journal covers 365 days and is divided into four sections:

1. The self-care check-up: This section allows you to pause and ask yourself if your needs are being met in all areas of your life. Taking inventory of your feelings is an essential step to plan a self-care routine that is tailored to your needs and goals.

2. The barriers: In this section you will identify the barriers that could interfere with your self-care goals. How will you address them? What strategies will you develop to ensure you will incorporate self-care into your daily life?

3. The plan: This is the main section of the journal, helping you to incorporate self-care into your daily routine and giving you a daily space to track your practice. It also includes space for writing down your daily intentions, gratitude and plan the next day.

4. Assessments: Guiding you through evaluating your practice regularly. Are you finding any benefits from it? Tweak your plan if necessary; remain flexible and continue to listen to what your body and your mind need as your needs will change over time.

NOTE: A well loved journal will show some signs of love and use. Scratches and marks are normal and to be expected (foiled areas are especially susceptible). Please look after your journal by being careful not to put things on top of it (hot drinks, dirty hands and anything that can scratch the surface of the journal are a no-no) and by paying attention to how you store it. Please do not use marker pens or sharpies as these will bleed through the pages.

**DELIVERY INFORMATION**

Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email confirmation from Etsy. If you have selected a tracked option, another email will follow within 24-48 hours with the tracking link. Please look out for this email and check your SPAM folder.

Here are some guidelines for the delivery of your item from dispatch:

FREE DELIVERY (DOMESTIC)
- UK - Free Delivery - Tracked Royal Mail 48 service: 3-5 working days from despatch

EXPRESS DELIVERY (DOMESTIC)
- UK - Tracked Royal Mail 24 service: 1-3 working days from despatch
- UK - DPD Next Working Day Delivery - UK Mainland only, order by 11am Monday - Thursday - 1 day delivery time (see notes below)

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD (TRACKED DELIVERY)
- International orders (excluding Australia):
Royal Mail International Tracked Parcel: 7 - 14 working days

- **Australia** - please note that Australian customs can take a while to process orders sometimes and so please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery to Australia

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DELIVERY (UPS Express Saver)

NEXT DAY DELIVERY (UK Mainland only)
Please select DPD Next Day Delivery Option at Checkout.

**Please note DPD Next Working Day Delivery option is only available for orders placed Monday - Thursday before 11am. Next Day Delivery option is only available for UK Mainland only (excluding Northern Ireland and remote areas).

**Order must be placed before 11am UK time to be dispatched on the same day.

**Orders placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Fridays will be dispatched on Fridays and delivered on Mondays.

**Orders placed after 11am on Fridays, and on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on Monday mornings and will not arrive until Tuesday. Orders placed on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Returns:
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first and we will send you the relevant information for returning your item. Please ensure you package the book correctly, using cardboard book wrap so as not to damage it in transit. If the book has been damaged due to poor packaging, we will only partially refund the cost of the purchase.
