Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

I want you to be happy with your order. If you are not thrilled with your artwork for any reason, email me and we will work something out.

Shipping policies

I print photographs after receiving your order, so your print will ship in about a week (unless indicated otherwise in the shipping section of the item listing). I will send you a message when your order is on its way. Please allow 4 days after shipping in the U.S. to receive your order (although usually less). International orders will of course take longer to arrive.

Items such as pillows and tote bags are made to order, so they can take 2-3 weeks to produce and ship. Again, after shipping, another 4 days to reach you if you are in the U.S., and longer for international orders.

If you need rush delivery on anything in my shop, please contact me before you order and I would be happy to provide you with a quote and options for faster delivery.
