Orders placed with Etsy Direct Checkout will ship to the address on file with Etsy. Orders placed via PayPal will ship to the address on file with Paypal.

Please make sure your address is correct BEFORE you purchase. This includes if you are "gifting" an order. The gift recipients name and address should be the one on the "ship to" section. Once an order is placed, I CANNOT change the "ship to" address per Etsy's and Paypal's seller protection policy.

For MOST items, I ship priority mail (US customers only) which generally takes about three days. This is just an estimate given by the USPS and is not a guaranteed time frame of delivery. Please contact me prior to purchasing if you would like to add insurance to your order for an additional charge, as I cannot be responsible for packages once they have left my possession.

If you are interested in an international order, please contact me and I may be able to accommodate you. I require at least four weeks of ship time PLUS my turnaround time for all international orders. For example, if my turnaround time is five weeks before shipping, then all international orders must be placed nine weeks prior to when you need the outfit by. Once your item ships I cannot be responsible for delays in customs or shipping. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

I do take custom orders! Even if nothing like what you want is listed in my shop, just message me and I'm sure we can work together to create your special item!!

Please check my shop announcement for current create times. Create time does not include shipping time. Most items in my shop are shipped via priority mail. According to USPS, priority mail generally takes about 3 days, but is not guaranteed. If you need an item earlier, a rush fee of $25+ per outfit will be applicable. Any item that is rushed will be shipped on the date that you and I agree to, via Priority Mail (excluding tutus with wings), after rush payment is received. If you need to upgrade to Express shipping, I am willing to do that, too. You will be responsible for the Express shipping charges, usually ranging from $25-$40+.

It is very important that a "need-by date" is given in the notes section when checking out. This date must be within the posted turnaround time and is the date I work with when scheduling your order on my calendar. If you tell me your event date is October 1st and message me a week, or even a few days, after ordering to tell me you've scheduled photos earlier than October 1st, I unfortunately will not be able to move your order up on my calendar and I will not be able to ship early because those spots will already be filled. I'm very strict with my calendar and moving orders around could cause errors and could potentially cause other customers' orders to be late.

Please make sure all needed information is put in the "notes to seller" section at checkout. Failure to do this will result in the order being canceled and refunded.

Fabric Substitutions: I do my best to use the exact fabric as pictured in the listing. Sometime this fabric becomes discontinued or will be on back order. In these cases, a fabric that is similar in style and color will be substituted.

Font Choice Selection: On the majority of my outfits, you are allowed to choose the font that your child's name is monogrammed in. You are fully responsible in your choice of font. If you want to see a specific name in a specific font choice, please ask, and I will be more than happy to send you a screen shot from my software after the item has been paid for (MAXIMUM of THREE choices). If you do not ask for a preview, I cannot be responsible if you do not like the font choice once the item is received.

There may at times be a slight difference between real and perceived colors of an item due to the nature of an item or resolution of a monitor. All colors used on the tutu outfit will be listed in the listing description to avoid any confusion.

Shirt designs: My shirt designs are stitched on a commercial embroidery machine using high quality blanks, fabric, and thread.

Tutus: My tutus are made on an elastic waist using the no-sew method. They are extremely durable and fluffy. Just read my feedback. :)

Phone Calls: All communication will be conducted via Etsy messages. As a busy mother of two and running a full time business, phone conversations have proven to be impossible. If you have a question about an order, please send a message and it will be responded to within 24 hours. Thank you for understanding.
