The time I need to prepare a Standard Order for shipping varies. For details, please see individual items. Please Note: During the Busy Wedding Season, I am getting more busy than regular and naturally, My Regular Production time may get 1-2 Weeks longer than regular season. My Production Time starts when the payment is cleared and I have received all the details of your order as I needed (Your Custom Measurements, Color and Custom Requests if there are any). But don't be in worries My Dear, busy season or not, I will still fit Your Order in My Production Calendar and make a Beautiful Dress Just for You - In Your Custom Measurements and Requests.

I am a Professional Dressmaker with 21+ Years of Experience. If you couldn't find Your Dream Dress in My Store, then you can send me Pictures or Drawings of Your Dream Dress and I can bring it to Life for You! We can together create Amazing and Unique Dresses with You! Or I can customize My Own Dresses for you, according to your needs and requirements. A Custom project according to a Picture or Drawing or Your Custom Requests may take up to 10-14 weeks to create. But during the Busy Wedding Season, I am getting more busy than regular and naturally, My Regular Production time may get 1-2 Weeks longer (12-14 weeks) than regular season.

I accept cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Please note that If you proceeded your payment via PayPal (Not Etsy Payment System) there will be 5% Fee deducted from the total sum you originally paid. It is PayPal service fee which is non-refundable for us in anyway. For any reason, If a Custom Order (None Rush) is requested to be cancelled within 7 Days after it's placed, then I can only refund 70% of the order amount. But after 7 Days, Custom Orders may not be subject to cancel. Because after I received an order, I arrange the necessary materials Fabrics as soon as possible and lot's of time and effort would be already involved. Hoping for your understanding about this.

Unfortunately, following items cannot return or refund: • If your event is canceled or you changed your mind. • If you give me wrong measurements. • Items that have been worn and/or used or damaged. • If you return before my confirm (a return MUST be confirmed/accepted from my side and only then it can be returned). • Rush Service Fees or Shipping Fees or Reservation Payments are not refundable. • Return Shipping is buyer responsible. • Custom Orders are not refundable. Definition of Custom Order: All of my items are made to order which means I handmade all items in my store upon request. Therefor, everything is considered Custom Made. Please Note: 30% restocking fee are charged on the returned item.

• Customs taxes or import duties (if any) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges. • Please kindly note that I cannot responsible for delays due to customs. Also once it's shipped, I cannot responsible for delays/lost items. • To save volume and shipping cost for you, I will use Soft and Safe Packing way for your shipping. If you want me to ship Your Dress in a Box, then please inform me in advance. But shipping cost would come 2-3 times more expensive when shipped with Box, as the volume is much Bigger.

Sales come and go randomly. If you see an ongoing sale, you can go ahead and place your order to Lock the Price. But your custom custom measurements may come in 1-2 days later. Please Note: After you placed your order, If a bigger sale/discount was applied, I cannot recalculate the price and the order cannot be cancelled for the reason of price change.

All of my Professional Effort and Care is to make Your Dress fit You well and the most important part of providing this is taking the most accurate measurements. That's why, It's very IMPORTANT for me if you follow my measurement instructions. However, when you receive your item you may need some alterations. This is a standard practice in the Bridal Industry and I suggest you to plan for alterations with help of a local tailor and Your Budget accordingly.

Making your order in your custom measurements is Free of Charge. But I only charge additional fee if your values are within or bigger than US 18 / EU 48 / UK 20 from my Size Chart. Mary è stata molto comunicativa in ogni fase del percorso. Mi aveva informato molto bene delle aspettative del prodotto (dal punto di vista del colore e delle taglie). Inoltre, si era assicurata che avessi ricevuto il mio pacco seguendomi con il numero di tracciamento in modo da poter monitorare l'arrivo del mio pacco. Mary was very communicative every step of the way. She had informed me very well of product expectations (colour-wise, and sizing-wise). Also, she had ensured I got my package by following up with me with the tracking number so I can monitor my package's arrival. She even went in and showed me the step-by-step process through online payment with DHL when I was having issues. All around very satisfied with the service and product quality.
