Yes, we do not sell items in "batches". What we list and what you purchase, is what you will get. Please note that we strive to provide accurate representations of our products; pictures are taken under various lightings and at different angles. Size of items are provided in the photos. We can resize bracelets to be smaller (at the listed price), but not larger in wrist size. Additional beads taken out will be included for customers to use as spare and shipped along with the purchase. No, all payments are processed and handled by Etsy for buyers' and sellers' protection. We do not accept cash or bank transfers or any other payment methods outside of Etsy. 1. We do not accept returns for orders that are custom made or personalized; including changes in design or wrist size.

2. For all other orders: Please contact us for approval of a return. Orders must be returned within 7 days upon receipt of shipment.

3. Please return EVERYTHING, including packaging, gifts, and other items in the package to qualify for a refund.

4. Buyers assume return shipping cost. Please ship using the same method used with a valid tracking number (first class or priority depending on orders). We are not responsible for packages lost in transit during the return process.

5. Once items are received and inspected, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund if they are returned in the original condition.

Our quality control standard is very high. We check our items when we receive them from our suppliers, before listing them up after the design and making process, and before shipping them out. We do not ship defective items out.

We are not responsible for the wear and tear of items. Some crystals and gems are more fragile than others by nature. Authentic 925 silver and 14K coated jewelry will tarnish over time if not properly cared for. Prongs that hold stones should be checked regularly by customers to protect them from falling out. Our responsibility ends at the point items are delivered in their listed condition.
