Vintage Cupid Caught Napping Nursery Wall Art Bessie Pease Gutmann Angel Décor

This is a lovely reproduction print by Bessie Pease Gutmann surrounded by a brass toned chain frame with hanger covered in glass. It is in beautiful sepia tones. The wall hanging is titled "Cupid Caught napping". The beautiful little cherub/angel is sleeping and has her little bow by her.

The print has Bessie's signed name on the left side of the print. It is in great vintage condition! The cardboard backing which states Crescent Cardboard Company has a stain on it. but does not affect the print itself.

This art print is by Bessie Pease Gutmann who was an American artist and illustrator known for paintings of cherubs, infants and young children. Her artwork was featured on many magazine covers such as “Woman’s Home Companion” and McCall’s. Bessie Pease Gutmann Nursery Art.
